Accommodation Rules

These accommodation rules set the conditions for using the accommodation facility Apartments Hangár Strakonice and are binding for all accommodated persons.

Premises:

Apartments Hangár Strakonice is a closed accommodation facility located within the Strakonice airfield.

The premises include the accommodation building, an outdoor terrace, a parking lot, a bicycle storage area, and communication areas. All outdoor areas of the premises are monitored by a CCTV system with recording.

Safety Regulations:

Due to the immediate proximity of the airfield and ongoing aviation activities, the following are strictly prohibited throughout the premises:

  • Entering the airfield area
  • Crossing the designated boundary of the premises
  • Throwing objects into the airfield area
  • Using fireworks
  • Smoking and using open flames outside the designated area
  • Unaccompanied minors must be under continuous supervision, ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Accommodated flight personnel (aircraft captain) is responsible for their passengers’ movement in the hangar and on the operational area in front of the hangar.

Access:

Access to the premises is permitted exclusively from the road – V Lipkách street.
Entering the airfield from the premises is strictly prohibited! There is a risk of injury, health hazards, and property damage due to potential collisions with aviation operations.

Access to the premises is through a gate with an electronic lock and a driveway with a gate and a barrier. The gate, driveway gate, and barrier open via a code/chip provided to the Client at the beginning of their stay. The gate opens automatically from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Parking:

Motor vehicles must be parked in the designated outdoor parking lot.
Bicycles must be stored in the locked outdoor bicycle storage area, equipped with 230V sockets for e-bike charging. These sockets are not intended for operating other appliances.

General Accommodation Conditions:

Accommodated persons are entitled to use the accommodation facilities within the scope specified in the confirmed booking.

Available amenities include WiFi internet access, standard kitchen equipment, and an outdoor electric grill.
Each apartment is equipped with a built-in safe with an electronic lock for storing valuables.

Termination of the Contract

Withdrawal from the contract must be in writing and delivered to the other contracting party. Termination does not affect the obligation to pay cancellation fees and claims arising before withdrawal.

The Operator has the right to terminate the contract if the Client breaches obligations stipulated in the contract or the accommodation rules.
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:

  • 7 days or more before the start of accommodation: no cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days before the start of accommodation: 100% of the first night’s stay charged as a cancellation fee
  • 1 day before the start of accommodation or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total accommodation price charged as a cancellation fee

Early termination of accommodation is considered a partial contract withdrawal and follows the cancellation policy accordingly.
In justified cases, the Operator may waive the cancellation fee upon the Client’s request.
In the event of contract termination, the Operator is entitled to demand the immediate vacation of the premises. The Client must comply without delay.

Obligations of Accommodated Persons:

Accommodated persons must:

  • Arrive for check-in between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the start date of accommodation
  • Follow the accommodation rules and instructions from the Operator or authorized staff
  • Behave in a manner that does not cause harm to health, life, or property of the Operator or third parties
  • Supervise minors at all times and ensure their compliance with safety rules
  • Report any defects or damage to the facility’s equipment without undue delay
  • Before leaving the accommodation, close windows, doors, and check that electrical appliances are turned off
  • On check-out day, vacate the premises by 10:00 AM, return access items (keys, chips, remote controls) to the Operator. Failure to return access items will result in a CZK 2,000 charge per item.

 

Prohibited Activities:

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Make significant alterations to the accommodation premises (e.g., moving furniture)
  • Use personal electrical appliances in the facility
  • Sublet the accommodation to another person
  • Smoke in all indoor areas and near the fuel station
  • Possess, produce, or store narcotic or psychotropic substances, except for prescribed medications
  • Carry or store firearms and ammunition in a state allowing immediate use
  • Accommodate any animals

Consumer Dispute Resolution:

Clients may resolve complaints with the responsible person at the Operator. Additionally, they have the right to seek out-of-court consumer dispute resolution through:
